Run the annual review before every renewal: check what is actually used, verify coverage and data quality, audit governance, re-benchmark pricing and re-evaluate alternatives. Usage Audit Pull the usage data: which features are enabled, which reports are opened, which alerts fire and get action. The findings are predictable: a fraction of purchased features in use, a subset of reports driving value, alert sets nobody trims.
